RobinRebel (“we”, “us”) helps small businesses move their websites off monthly website builders. This page explains what we collect and why. In short: only what we need to do the job, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your website address and email when you request a free preview, and anything you write to us.
- Your public website: to prepare the preview we look at the public pages of the site you give us, the same pages any visitor can see.
- Basic technical data: approximate location (country, city) and browser type at the moment you submit the form, to prevent abuse.
- Payments: if you pay, payment is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To prepare your preview, move your site and send you the results.
- To reply to you and send service messages about your site. No spam, no newsletters unless you ask.
- To keep the service safe and working.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), our payment provider, and our email and messaging tools. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we work with you and for a reasonable time after, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we have about you. Write to [email protected] and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you live in California or the EU, you have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone.
Children
RobinRebel is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
