Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use robinrebel.com, request a preview, or pay for our services. By doing so, you agree to them.
What we do
We rebuild your existing website with our own code and set it up on Cloudflare hosting, so you no longer pay a monthly website builder fee. Robin AI, our optional subscription, makes edits on request and works on your site’s visibility in search.
Your site and your content
- By submitting a site, you confirm it’s yours or that you’re allowed to act for its owner.
- Your texts, photos and logo stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to rebuild and run your site.
- We don’t copy a website builder’s code or templates. If your old site used licensed fonts or stock photos, we replace them with free look-alikes.
Preview and payment
- The preview is free. You pay the one-time move fee only when you approve your new site.
- If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 30 days of payment and we’ll return your move fee in full.
- Robin AI is billed monthly or yearly and you can turn it off at any time. It stops at the end of the paid period.
Hosting and your domain
Your site runs on Cloudflare’s free plan, which is subject to Cloudflare’s own terms. Your domain stays registered in your name and you keep paying your registrar as usual. If hosting conditions ever change, we’ll tell you and help you with options.
What we can’t promise
We work hard to keep your site looking and working the same, but small differences can happen. We can’t guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Fair use
Don’t use RobinRebel for sites you don’t have rights to, or for illegal or harmful content. We may refuse or stop work in those cases.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
